LiveOTP offers SMS verification services utilising non-VoIP virtual numbers. Our services are designed to deliver quick, secure, and one-time-use SMS verification options to enhance your online security and identity protection.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue our services at any time without prior notice.

To use our services, you must register for an account and be at least 18 years of age. You agree to:

• checkKeep your account information up to date at all times.
• checkSafeguard your credentials and take full responsibility for all activity under your account.

If you suspect unauthorised use of your account, notify us immediately. We are not liable for losses from your failure to protect your credentials.

You agree to use LiveOTP only for lawful purposes. The following are strictly prohibited:

• closeUsing our services for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorised activities.
• closeViolating any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• closeImpersonating any individual, entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation.
• closeAttempting to gain unauthorised access to our platform or connected systems.
• closeUsing the service for spam, phishing, or unsolicited messaging of any kind.
• closeReselling the service without explicit written permission via our API partner programme.

Access to certain features of our services requires payment. All fees are charged in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are non-refundable except as required by law. Our pricing operates on a pay-per-use basis — there are no monthly subscription fees.

• checkCredits: You must top up your wallet using supported Nigerian payment gateways (Paystack, Flutterwave) or virtual bank transfer.
• checkPricing: Rates vary by platform and country but start as low as ₦80 per OTP. Prices are always shown before you confirm a purchase.
• checkRefunds: Credits are non-refundable once used. If an OTP is not received within the waiting window, the credit is returned to your wallet automatically.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using LiveOTP, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your data as described therein.

We do not store OTP messages beyond your session, and we never share your account information with third parties. All connections are secured with HTTPS encryption.

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied.

LiveOTP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. We strive for a 99.9% success rate but cannot guarantee delivery from every third-party carrier worldwide at all times.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LiveOTP, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our site. Continued use after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason — including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. Any unused wallet balance at the time of termination for policy violations will be forfeited.
